The UTMF is promising despite bad weather!

For the penultimate stage of the Ultra-Trail® World Tour 2106, we go to Japan!

Start this Friday at 1PM (local time)!

Race conditions should be difficult on the trails of Mount Fuji for the emblematic Japanese race. Indeed, a typhoon hit the island last week.

The course has been adapted to welcome in full security all the runners registered to this exceptional event.

For this 2016, the race should be tight between great elite athletes!

Dylan Bowman, Sébastien Chaigneau, Xavier Thévenard but also Fernanda Maciel and Kaori Niwa will be at the start line.

In total, more than 260 women and 1200 men will try and finish the tour of the Mount Fuji in the required time. That is 165k and 7500m of elevation gain.
